Apocalypse Scorpion Pepper Seeds

The Apocalypse Scorpion pepper, also called the Apocalypse pepper, is a destructive super hot variety hailing from Italy. The Apocalypse Scorpion was developed by members of the Italian pepper growing association AIASP, who’ve hybridized some very spicy peppers in their history. These are some scary-looking pods with an even scarier heat. They have a heat level of 1,400,000 SHUs comparable to the iconic Carolina Reaper.

NOTE* The Apocalypse Scorpion variety is unstable. You will likely experience variations in color, such as white or peach, and shape. While this can lead to unique and exciting variations, it’s important to note that these seeds may not reliably reproduce the same characteristics from one generation to the next. Planting unstable pepper seeds can be an adventurous gardening experience, but be prepared for some degree of variability in the resulting pepper plants. We will not be able to offer replacements for variation in traits. 

Features:

• Apocalypse Scorpion pepper plants grow to about 3 ft. tall.
• The plants produce 3″ long pepper pods with bumpy, bubbling bright red skin.

Culinary Uses:

• While it does have delectably sweet, fruity, and slightly floral flavors, the main focus is on the heat. This super hot pepper serves well in extreme hot sauces, salsas, and more. Check out our Recipes for inspiration!
